Appointment Information

When you call for an appointment, it is important to know the first day of your last normal menstrual period. Appointments may be mad in advance or on short notice. All necessary information will be provided when you schedule. Please arrive for your appointment on time. Give us at least two days notice if you need to reschedule. We ask that you call us to confirm your appointment.

Fees and Insurance
Fees are based on the length of pregnancy. They include anesthetics, local anesthesia, blood tests, ultrasound, and medications dispersed at the Center.

Patients pay in full at their appointment time (using a money order or cash). We do accept WV Medical card and private insurance. Your insurance may cover the abortion. We need three working days prior to your appointment to verify coverage. Please have your insurance identification numbers and insurance company's telephone number ready when you call for your appointment.

Saturday 8:30 am - 12 Noon

Patient Instructions for Abortion

  1. Bring first morning urine with your name on it. If you are taking any medications, bring them with you.

  2. Bring driver's license (picture ID).

  3. We accept cash only because of confidentiality. No credit cards or checks. Private insurance accepted. We do accept WV welfare card also.

  4. Bring someone to drive and they need to come inside to check-in if you are having anesthesia or sedation.

  5. If your blood type is RH negative, please bring $50 extra for Rhogam.

  6. Please do not eat or drink anything after midnight. Bring a maxipad.

  7. We do not accept late patients. Please be on time.

  8. Please confirm your appointment 2-3 days prior to your appointment date. We use a Code name Jessie.

  9. Plan to spend 4 to 6 hours.

  10. Please don't bring any children under the age of 10 years due to the length of time you will be here.

  11. If you are under 18 years, one of the following is necessary:
    (a) Any one of the parents (with proof picture ID) needs to accompany you.
    (b) Obtain a waiver letter from another physician. We can help with the appointment.
    (c) Letter from a judge declaring that you are able to make the decision.
