- Try to get a good nights sleep and do not drink excessive alcohol.
- If you are taking any medication eg. for diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid problems or for any other reason ask your doctor's advice on how to take it or telephone the clinic and discuss it with the doctor. Similarly if you have asthma, bad flu or any other infection or medical condition please discuss it with your own doctor or the clinic doctor.

-After your operation, you will spend some time in the recovery ward and when you have sufficiently recovered you may have some light refreshment.
-You should plan to stay in the clinic for between two to three hours.
-You should not drive for at least 10 hours after your operation.
